Pastels was recommended to me by a dear friend, and after being a loyal customer of another salon for over 16 years, that’s not something I change lightly. But Pastels has quickly become my new go-to. From the WhatsApp communication and warm welcome when you arrive, to the incredible team across hair, nails, and treatments, every experience has been seamless. More than that, it feels like a safe space - somewhere you are genuinely looked after and made to feel comfortable. The quality of service is consistently excellent, but it’s the people that really make the difference. A special mention to Natalie, who looks after my hair and is absolutely fantastic. Professional, talented, and always takes the time to understand exactly what you’re looking for. It’s women taking care of women, and it shows in every interaction. I can’t recommend this salon highly enough.

I wanted to add some color to my hair since I’ve had long black hair for such a long time. However, after testing my hair, the hairstylist explained that the color wouldn’t process well because I had used black dye about a year ago. I also didn’t want to risk bleaching my hair since I have naturally long hair and wanted to keep it healthy. Thankfully, the hairstylist gave me the best advice—to embrace my natural hair and focus on treatment instead. I trusted her recommendation, and I was so surprised by the result! My hair turned out incredibly shiny, healthy, and stunning. It was truly giving luxury vibes! A big thank you as well to the team for doing my nails beautifully I absolutely love them. The foot spa was also amazing and so relaxing. Thank you so much, Pastels Salon! It was definitely worth the visit, and I will surely come back again. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a luxurious experience. The ambiance is aesthetic and elegant, and all the staff are welcoming and approachable, especially Brenda and Amanda.
