Yes. Every session works for every level and instructors offer modifications throughout. If it is your first time, arrive 15 minutes early so we can set you up and walk you through it.

For everyone's safety we run a strict no-late-entry policy, so please arrive at least 15 minutes before your session starts.
Cancel at least 12 hours before the class to avoid a charge. Cancellations inside 12 hours, and no-shows, are charged in full.
Yes. If a class is full you can add yourself to the waitlist, and we will notify you by email or phone the moment a spot opens.
Our instructors are first-aid certified and can offer modifications, but please consult your physician first about any risks before joining a class.
Please check with your doctor to make sure they are happy for you to exercise, and let your instructor know before class.
