Not at all. Challenges span Agility, Strategy, Precision, and Focus, so there’s something for everyone regardless of fitness level. You don’t need to be super fit or super smart, just willing to try.
Teams are made up of 2 to 6 players. If your group is larger, you’ll split into multiple teams and compete simultaneously. Groups of 6 all the way up to 100+ are welcome.
