Used to be one of my favorite go-to studios. It was such a shame to see how me as a client was treated, not from a specific staff member but overall. From their cancellation policy as well as their booking process, specifically private one on one classes which I was attending on a regular basis. Instructors are beyond amazing, which is why this used to be one of favorite Pilates studios to attend. However, when in a situation like a cancellation, lateness, and so on I saw a completely different side. Lack of understanding and appreciation, where even if I wasn’t a regular was saddening to see. I’m not sure if this is a policy issue or a management, it could be both. However, that experience really changed my viewpoint on the place.

I tried this studio for the first time today, and it was my first time going somewhere other than the Pilates studio I usually stick to. I honestly loved it! The studio is beautiful and incredibly clean,even the bathrooms were spotless, which I really appreciate. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. I’m so glad I decided to try it and will definitely be coming back!

One of the worst experiences I have had with a Pilates studio, and unfortunately, it has been a consistent one. I have been attending this studio for nearly two years. During my first year, the management and reception staff were understanding of my genuine medical needs and the occasional medical emergency, ensuring my classes remained in my package when I had to cancel. However, the level of customer service has deteriorated significantly since then. The management is extremely poor, with client concerns often being ignored or left unresolved. Calls and messages are answered selectively, and if a request cannot be accommodated, it often feels as though it is simply dismissed without proper communication. One particular receptionist is consistently rude and lacks basic client management skills. Every interaction feels like an inconvenience to her, and the tone used over the phone is often unprofessional and dismissive. Their cancellation and waitlist system is equally frustrating. If, for any reason, you are unable to respond within their very limited response window, your class is cancelled automatically without explanation. The same applies to waitlisted classes, making the entire booking process unnecessarily stressful and complicated I have had no issues with the instructors, who have always been professional and pleasant. My disappointment lies entirely with the management and certain reception staff, whose lack of communication, empathy, and professionalism has made the overall experience extremely unpleasant.
