⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience at Morelli’s Gelato! The gelato was fresh, creamy, and absolutely delicious. What made the visit even better was the excellent customer service from Cheche. She was friendly, welcoming, and very attentive, making sure we had a great experience from start to finish. Her positive attitude and warm smile truly stood out. I highly recommend Morelli’s Gelato, and I look forward to coming back again!
What’s up with the 5 star the this place get? The gelato was melted before it even got in the cup. The taste was ok and 2 scoops cost around $11. Ridiculous. And the girl needed to cheer up, looked like she was forced to work there. Bad.
Was charged 10 AED for a bottle of water. I know it’s expensive due to it being in a mall, but 10 AED no way!!! The staff were nice and friendly.
