The newest Barry’s innovation utilizing the winning formula for the Best Workout in the World™. Barry’s RIDE x LIFT is a 50-minute class offering high-intensity interval training (HIIT) on an indoor cycling bike paired with traditional strength training with weights on the floor.

Whether you are starting on a bike or the floor, a member of the studio team can help you set up your bike. Make sure that if you are starting on a floor spot, you ask beforehand how to change the bike settings so that you are prepared once class starts. You can input your bike settings below once you have determined what your preferences are, so that you can access them for all classes in the future! UPDATE BIKE SETTINGS ACCESS MY RIDE SETTINGS

Yes! We offer Shimano shoes to rent for $3. These shoes are specifically designed so that you can switch from the floor to the bikes (and vice versa) seamlessly without having to switch shoes. If you have your own cycling shoes you may wear them, but they must be compatible with SPD cleats to wear on our bikes.
