Browns Spa, people who've been and BEST OF can all answer. Everyone sees who answered.Russian massage is a firm, clinical, full-body system built on long compression strokes, joint mobilisation and deep muscular work, it is treatment-led and designed to release chronic tension and restore range of motion. European massage is broader and softer: a blend of Swedish effleurage, aromatherapy and relaxation technique aimed at calming the nervous system. Most guests choose Russian for pain and stiffness, European for stress and sleep.
