Had an amazing experience at this boutique - the most trusted place for luxury watches. A friend referred me here and I'm so glad he did. Khalid was incredible, so kind, knowledgeable, and passionate about helping me choose the right watch. What touched us most was how he went above and beyond to celebrate my wife's birthday at the boutique during the watch handover. Everything was perfect!
Nikki Beach made my long weekend truly memorable. Special thanks to JuJu and Gabrielle for their exceptional hospitality, kindness, and outstanding service. I truly appreciate everything you did, and I’ll definitely be back for many more weekends and vacations.
We would like to give a well-deserved 5-star rating to all the staff at Nikki Beach Dubai. We recently enjoyed a wonderful 2-day staycation while celebrating our daughter's birthday, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, every staff member was incredibly accommodating, attentive, and genuinely helpful. One of the most memorable moments was the thoughtful birthday surprise they prepared for our daughter. It was simple yet meaningful, and having the staff personally greet and celebrate with her made the occasion even more special. During our stay, we encountered a minor issue with our door lock. The team responded immediately, resolved the problem quickly, and even sent complimentary treats as a gesture of apology. While it wasn't necessary, it was truly appreciated and reflected their commitment to exceptional guest service. What stood out the most was the warmth and friendliness of the staff. Their genuine smiles and cheerful greetings brightened our days and made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. A special thank you goes to the management team and all the restaurant staff. We would also like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to Ricky, who provided outstanding customer service and made our dining experiences even more enjoyable with his friendly conversations and professionalism. Thank you, Nikki Beach Dubai, for making our daughter's birthday celebration so memorable. We look forward to returning soon👏
