What reviewers said

From the 5 reviews we hold on Google

Reviewers divide sharply. Newcomers describe the format and the coaching positively; several long-standing members report problems with how classes are run — people taking assigned treadmills, filming during sessions, and one account of an instructor speaking to a member rudely. One reviewer with a paid confirmation was told there was no booking.
