Destination first

Choose parking for the whole visit, not only the easiest entrance

  • Fashion and shopping. Choose the zone that reduces the walk to the stores you actually plan to visit.
  • Cinema. Plan both the arrival route and the return walk after the film.
  • Dining. Match the parking zone to the restaurant side of the mall and the expected exit time.
  • Fountain or event. Expect crowd control, longer pedestrian routes and slower vehicle exit after peak events.
Two journeys

Plan the walk in and the walk back

  • Getting into the mall. Use the entrance, lift or bridge that leads toward the first destination.
  • Finding the car later. Save the zone, level, row and nearest landmark before walking away.
Parking memory

Save four clues before entering the mall

  1. Zone
  2. Level
  3. Row or bay
  4. Nearest lift or entrance
Live conditions

Events and peak periods can change the best route

  • Before arrival. Check current access, paid-parking information and any event traffic changes.
  • On entry. Follow live signs rather than forcing a preferred zone that is full or redirected.
  • Before exit. Use the saved parking clues and allow extra time after shows, fountain periods and weekends.

Frequently asked questions

Dubai Mall Parking Guide questions answered

Which Dubai Mall car park should I use?

Use the zone closest to your main destination: Fashion, Cinema, Grand or Zabeel are useful planning anchors.

How do I avoid losing my car?

Photograph the bay, level, row and entrance, then save them in a phone note or map pin.

How do I find my car in Dubai Mall parking?

Use the Dubai Mall app’s Find Vehicle feature, which the official FAQ directs users to, or contact Dubai Mall customer care on 800 38224 6255 for assistance.

Is parking at Dubai Mall free?

It depends on the zone and duration. Zabeel and Fountain Views are listed as complimentary in Dubai Mall’s published parking terms. In Grand, Cinema and Fashion, the first four hours Monday–Thursday and first six hours Friday–Sunday are complimentary; longer stays trigger the published flat fee slabs.

Which Dubai Mall parking areas are paid?

Dubai Mall’s terms identify Grand Parking, Cinema Parking and Fashion Parking as Salik-linked paid zones. Zabeel Parking and Fountain Views Parking are listed as exempted/complimentary zones.

How are Dubai Mall parking fees paid?

There is no cash gate for the paid zones. Dubai Mall says vehicle recognition identifies the car and fees are deducted from a prepaid Salik account. The official FAQ says an active Salik tag/account is required for paid zones.

Which parking is best for Fashion Avenue?

Fashion Parking is the clearest planning comparison, subject to current road and entrance access.

Should I use valet?

Valet can reduce walking for a focused visit but may add cost and collection time.

How much walking time should I allow?

Allow a generous buffer, especially when crossing zones, travelling with children or reaching a timed booking.
