Not at all! Our classes welcome all levels. Beginners can start with our Intro Pass.
Aria Pilates operates out of the Midtown Central mall in Wadi Al Safa 3, where free parking is available all day for members and drop-ins alike.
The studio provides reformers, towels, and a water station, though attendees must bring comfortable activewear and grip socks, which are sold on-site. A live DJ plays during sessions, and the facility serves alcohol, adding a social layer to the workout. Pricing starts at AED 1 for an Intro Pass, suitable for beginners who need no prior experience, and extends to AED 620 for unlimited monthly access. Members can freeze their subscriptions for up to 30 days per commitment period. Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for a quick orientation on the equipment, as the studio focuses on specific class types like Cardio Reformer and Stretch & Restore rather than general fitness.
Designed for every stage of your journey.
