Barry's Dubai Marina is a gym that offers high-intensity interval training (HIIT) on an indoor cycling bike, combining running and weights to tone muscles and maximize fat loss.
The facility provides wheelchair access and is located at Trident Grand Mall, First Floor, Opposite Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort in Dubai. It features a takeaway option and hosts events, making it a great choice for corporate events and gift card giveaways. The gym welcomes beginners and ensures they feel supported in their first class. Bookings can be made online, and the facility is part of a larger network offering classes in NYC and West Hollywood. Its tagline, "The original high-intensity interval workout," highlights its unique approach to fitness.
