There is so much marketing jargon out there and it can be confusing to know what to prioritise when making a healthy, responsible purchase. Our advice? Always ask for ethically raised. Ethically raised means an animal is raised in its natural environment, eating its natural diet, free from any additives, hormones and GMO feed. Do not prioritise the organic label, it is just a certificate you pay extra for. Our promise is ethically raised. We go to great lengths to ensure this at the source. Whether it be New Zealand, Argentina or the USA, we ensure quality through pedantic sourcing, and that is what separates CarniStore from the rest.
Placing an order with us is as easy as running a steak knife through one of our buttery steaks. Our user-friendly website lets you browse our products with ease, select add-ons with a few clicks and arrange delivery to your schedule. When you buy one of our meat products, you will notice an option to add a rub (dry seasoning) or a marinade. If you select one of these, we apply a generous dose of your choice directly onto your meat, so by the time it reaches you, you can throw it straight onto the grill, pan or oven without any prep. Isn't that awesome? We don't recommend adding both a rub and a marinade onto the same piece of meat, it can turn out a little "out there" in the flavour department. So if you select both, we will deliver the marinade on the side. We have added our recommendations to each product page to help you make up your mind. If you feel adventurous, let us know which one worked best for you.

Free scheduled delivery on all orders above AED 300. Dubai scheduled delivery: AED 20 on orders under AED 300. Dubai express delivery: AED 25 (fixed rate). Other emirates: AED 30 on orders under AED 300. Abu Dhabi express delivery, same-day and next-day: AED 35.
It all depends on when you order it. For Dubai orders, if you order anytime before 4 pm you will likely receive it the same day. All orders received after 4 pm will be delivered the next day. Sometimes we sell out on certain days and time slots, so those will be made unavailable at checkout. For other emirates, there are different schedules. Abu Dhabi and Sharjah see deliveries every day bar Friday. You can check your emirate's delivery schedule at checkout when selecting a delivery date. Outside of Dubai, we are not able to provide same-day delivery. Please don't rush our meat artists. You will need to give them a 24-hour heads up for all smokehouse orders. If there is a possibility to deliver before that, we will definitely let you know. If you are having guests over and need a delivery at a specific date and time, just call or email us before placing your order, then relax, we gotcha covered.
Good question. Our cooked items (Smokehouse, Sides, Sauces) arrive hot and ready to eat within Dubai only. When we deliver to other emirates, safety protocols mean our cooked items are flash cooled, vacuum sealed and sent via chilled vans.
The weather here doesn't really allow us to leave your package at the front door, or you may come home to find the contents looking kinda gross. We will need to take it back to our meat gallery and contact you to arrange another delivery time.
We accept online card payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Paying online means anyone at home can accept the delivery on your behalf, with nothing to settle at the door. We no longer take cash or card on delivery, anywhere in the UAE.
We now deliver UAE wide. We can accommodate same-day deliveries in Dubai, while in the other emirates you will wait one or two days for your meaty package of goodness to arrive. Please make sure you select your emirate of residence as soon as you land on the website (there is a toggle at the top of your screen).
We source our meat from the best farms on the planet. Only ethically raised meats that come from Argentina, Australia and the United States, straight to your doorstep. You have our word that none of our products will ever endure exposure to hormones or antibiotics, nor inhumane and unsanitary caging environments.
Yes. Every product we sell is 100% Halal as per the laws and regulations in the UAE. We no longer stock any non-Halal items.
Ingredients and allergens vary by product and by the rub, marinade or preparation you choose. Check the ingredient and allergen information for your exact selection before ordering. If you have a food allergy, contact our team before ordering so we can confirm the ingredients and discuss cross-contact for your selection. Do not assume that a product is allergen-free when information is missing.
Put all cold items in the fridge ASAP and consume the same day or freeze for later use. Consume all hot items within 2 hours, otherwise place them in the fridge for later. We don't recommend keeping items in the fridge for periods exceeding 72 hours. Most of our products are vacuum sealed individually, making them freezer friendly. If you like to bulk buy and meal plan, this is a great option. Items placed in the freezer will easily last a long time. Please make sure you defrost safely in the fridge.
