Sessions run on the MegaFormer machine, a specialized apparatus that combines traditional Pilates with functional resistance training to target core strength, endurance, and low-impact intensity.
The studio keeps groups small, capping attendance at seven people to ensure instructors can provide direct attention during workouts like Booty Builder, Femme, and Peak Performance. Pricing starts at AED 100 for group classes, while private one-on-one sessions reach up to AED 1,499. The facility is on the ground floor of Azizi Riviera 21, offering free parking, showers, and towels for clients. Bookings are handled online or via WhatsApp. Hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 9:00 PM, and Saturday to Sunday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
