Credits are the currency used to book workspaces on Letswork. Each workspace has a credit cost per hour (e.g., 3 credits for a café desk, 12 credits for a private office). When you purchase a membership plan, you receive monthly credits that can be used across any of our 1030+ locations.

Yes! All membership plans (except Free Trial) include automatic credit rollover. Any unused credits from the current month will carry forward to the next month, so you never lose what you've paid for. Credits remain active as long as your membership is active.

Absolutely. All our plans are flexible with no long-term commitments. You can cancel your membership at any time from your account dashboard. If you cancel, you'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period, and any unused credits will remain available during that time.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, and digital payment methods including Apple Pay and Google Pay. For Enterprise plans, we also offer invoice-based billing with NET 30 terms.

Yes! Your credits are valid at all Letswork partner locations across our global network of 63+ cities in 18+ countries. This includes coworking spaces, cafés, private offices, and meeting rooms. You have complete freedom to choose different spaces based on your needs each day.

Team plans create a shared credit pool that all team members can access. The account admin can add or remove team members, view usage analytics, and manage bookings from a centralized dashboard. All team members book under the same plan, making budgeting and billing simple.
