Studio 14 PILATES Jumeirah

Studio14 has two Pilates studios in Dubai: Jumeirah, in Umm Al Sheif, and Motor City, at Joud Boulevard West. Both offer small-group Reformer Pilates and private sessions. Explore each studio page to compare the setting, facilities and location before choosing.

Start with what matters to you: teachers experience, class size, individual attention, available classes, verified customer reviews and travel distance. At Studio14, group classes have six reformers in Jumeirah and ten in Motor City. You can learn about Studio14 and explore both locations before deciding which studio feels right for you.

Pilates can feel unfamiliar at first, especially when you're learning to use a Reformer, but you don't need previous Reformer experience to enquire about starting. Studio14's teachers emphasise technique and personal guidance. Read about Reformer Pilates, and contact the team if you're unsure which class is suitable for your starting level.

Neither is automatically better. Mat Pilates relies mainly on bodyweight and floor-based movements, while Reformer Pilates uses a spring-resistance machine that supports a different range of exercises. The right choice depends on your goals, experience and preferences. Studio14 specialises in Reformer Pilates in Dubai.

Pilates prices in Dubai vary by studio, class format and package size. At Studio14, the current introductory offer is AED 285 for two classes for new clients at either location, subject to the offer's seven-day use condition. Group packages and private sessions are priced separately. Check Studio14's pricing and packages for current options and conditions.

That depends on what you value in a class. Consider the quality of instruction, group size, equipment, personal attention and whether the class fits your goals. Studio14 focuses on boutique, teacher-led sessions rather than large-volume classes, with six reformers in Jumeirah and ten in Motor City. The introductory offer gives new clients a way to experience the studio before choosing a larger package.

For many people, two Pilates sessions a week can be a manageable starting routine. The right frequency depends on your goals, recovery, other activity and individual circumstances; progress isn't guaranteed on a fixed timetable. Browse the class schedule for Jumeirah and Motor City and ask a teacher about a suitable routine.

Pilates can contribute to an active routine while helping develop strength, control and muscular endurance. Weight change depends on many factors, including overall activity and nutrition, so no specific result can be promised from Pilates alone. If your main goal is to feel stronger, improve movement quality or build a sustainable routine, the Studio14 team can help you explore your class options.
