Look for HOVR or Flow cushioning paired with a breathable engineered mesh upper. HOVR gives you energy return over longer distances, while Flow removes the rubber outsole layer for a lighter, quieter ride. For outdoor running in UAE summer, prioritise ventilation over maximum cushioning and train early morning or after sunset.
HOVR uses a compression mesh web around the foam to return energy and reduce impact, best for distance running. Flow is a single piece foam outsole that cuts weight and adds grip, suited to speed work and court sports. Charged is a dual foam midsole tuned for stability and durability, which makes it the better choice for training shoes and everyday wear.
HeatGear is built for hot conditions, using ultra light fabric that wicks sweat and dries fast, which makes it the right choice for training in the UAE for most of the year. ColdGear traps warmth on the inside while wicking moisture on the outside, useful for winter mornings and air conditioned indoor gyms.
Under Armour footwear generally runs true to size, with half sizes available across most running and training styles. Apparel comes in Compression, Fitted and Loose fits. Compression sits closest to the skin for support, Fitted follows the body shape, and Loose gives you full range of movement. Check the size guide on each product page before ordering.
