The Awake Spa was amazing for us. It was our anniversary, and they made it really special by giving us a fruit platter. They also gave us access to all the facilities, and Ibrahim in particular was fantastic. He showed me a step-by-step guide of which facilities to use in what order and for how long. My wife had a fantastic hydro facial. The staff were amazing. Angelina was fantastic in welcoming us and setting everything up for us, and Mohamed was lovely in welcoming us into the facilities. I would definitely recommend this place. 10 out of 10 experience, real luxury.

The facilities are stunning, spotlessly clean and the service is excellent. But all of this pales in comparison to the massage itself, it’s easily one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I cannot wait to return
