The spa itself was beautiful, with lovely décor and relaxing lighting. The massage was good. I would especially like to thank the team for their thoughtful gesture of bringing me a birthday cake to celebrate my birthday. It was a lovely gesture and made the experience memorable.
I came in for a 90 min massage and it was perfect. The spa and facilities are also fantastic. I really want to say a special thank you to Ms Olga for assisting me in the spa today. I felt so welcomed and she was with me every step of the way. Exceptional service.
I visited the Bulgari spa for the first time and was absolutely impressed😍I spent five hours there and enjoyed every moment. I had a 90 minute deep renewal massage which helped me recover beautifully after my marathon. My therapist Lana was incredibly gentle and highly professional! The entire atmosphere of the spa feels truly luxurious and perfectly designed for deep relaxation and recovery💘 The whole team was very welcoming and I especially want to mention Olga who made my experience even more enjoyable and comfortable☺️ Thank you so much, I will definitely come back again!
