One of the best massages I have ever had! Isabelle the therapist has magic fingers! I had a body scrub, massage and facial booked,and spent almost 4 hours at the facility. The spa is quiet, scenic with trees, birds and nature, the architecture is arabesque-ish and they offer delicious ginger tea, and free access to a hot and cold pool, sauna, steam room and the big pool on Fri, Sat, Sun. It felt like a getaway, away from the city. I would totally recommend this place.

Absolutely disgraceful and unacceptable experience. This place claims to be “luxury,” but in reality, it operates with shockingly poor standards and zero respect for guests. We had a confirmed booking, yet upon arrival we were made to wait for over 30 minutes without any explanation. No apology, no courtesy — just careless and dismissive behavior from the staff. It felt like guest time simply does not matter here. The situation only got worse when we were finally taken to the treatment room. What we encountered reflected complete mismanagement and a total lack of professionalism. Instead of addressing the issue or even offering a basic apology, the manager reacted with arrogance and unnecessary attitude, as if we were at fault for expecting the service we had already paid for. This is not just poor service — this is a complete failure of leadership. The manager and director should be held fully responsible for allowing such behavior and such low standards to exist in a place that markets itself as premium. There is nothing “luxury” about this experience. It is disorganized, disrespectful, and deeply unprofessional. Establishments like this damage the reputation of the entire hospitality industry. Strongly recommend avoiding this place. It is not worth your time, money, or patience.
