It has adjustable springs to add resistance and support to classical Pilates movements. It is significantly more versatile than simple mat work, as the machine is better for building deep core strength, improving posture, and recovery. Internet City is the only location in the BODIFY network in Dubai that offers Reformer Pilates. Sessions run in mini-groups of two.
