Credits are the currency used to book workspaces on Letswork. Each workspace has a credit cost per hour (e.g., 3 credits for a café desk, 12 credits for a private office). When you purchase a membership plan, you receive monthly credits that can be used across any of our 1030+ locations.
Yes! All membership plans (except Free Trial) include automatic credit rollover. Any unused credits from the current month will carry forward to the next month, so you never lose what you've paid for. Credits remain active as long as your membership is active.
Absolutely. All our plans are flexible with no long-term commitments. You can cancel your membership at any time from your account dashboard. If you cancel, you'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period, and any unused credits will remain available during that time.
