I loved the studio and coach Zahra! She radiated positivity with her warm, kind energy and gave each student personalized attention throughout. The class was incredibly productive and left me feeling energized—highly recommend! 💕
I am really amazed by how cozy & clean My Glow Pilates studio is. They offer small group reformer classes setting which you can get full attention from professional certified pilates instructors. Also do check out their fully equipped private pilates room with Chair, Cadillac , Barrel & Reformer with a view. And not to forget to grab a latte from the café downstairs after class ☕️
My first Pilates experience here made me fall in love with it! The studio is clean and well-organized, with a full range of equipment. The instructors are professional and patient—they explain muscle engagement in detail, correct movements with great care, and adjust intensity based on individual fitness levels. After consistent sessions, my core strength has significantly improved. Highly recommended!
