had such a great experience at this Pilates studio! The atmosphere is calm, clean, and welcoming, and the instructors are very professional, attentive, and supportive. They explain every exercise clearly and make sure you are doing everything correctly. I always leave the class feeling stronger, more relaxed, and in a much better mood. I would definitely recommend this studio to anyone who wants to improve their strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.

Loved the experience! ✨ The red roller shape therapy session was super relaxing and I genuinely felt lighter and less bloated afterwards. The warmth and rolling massage felt amazing. Staff were friendly and professional, and the whole experience was very calming. Definitely adding this to my wellness/glow routine before my events and beach days 🤍

I had a session today with Svetlana she is an incredible instructor. And Christine assisted me with all the important details for the classes. The. Studio environment is calm and feels pleasing. Highly recommend 👌
