One of the best gyms in Dubai at the moment, in my opinion. What I love most is that people come here to actually train not just to film their workouts. The classes encourage you to stay present: no phones, no distractions, just focus on the workout and give your best. The showers and facilities are clean, and you’ll find everything you need to freshen up before heading back to work or continuing your day. And let’s not forget the delicious shakes the perfect finish after a great workout! 💪🏼✨

Absolutely love 1Rebel DIFC! The Ride classes are addictive—the music, the energy, and the instructors create such an incredible experience that every workout flies by. The gym itself is beautiful, modern, and always spotless, with great equipment and everything you need after training. It’s one of the few places that makes me genuinely excited to work out. Can’t recommend it enough!

Absolutely love the energy at 1Rebel DIFC. The studio is premium from start to finish — amazing sound system, super clean facilities, and motivating trainers who really push you without making the environment intimidating. The classes are intense but fun, especially Ride and Reshape. The music and lighting make every session feel more like an experience than a workout. Staff are welcoming and professional, and the community vibe is great. Definitely one of the best boutique fitness studios in Dubai.”
