Having completed the two week trial since few weeks ago in downtown I don't really know what I think. On the plus side: -great cardio and hybrid workouts that can help you lead a good active lifestyle. - inclusive to all fitness levels. - stations and pods are relatively easy to follow do you don't need to worry about the program, screens are in front of you with demos which is great! On the negative side: -coaches are not the friendliest, I've been to Barry's, REVL and circuit factory and even there the coaches are nicer and look like they're having fun , not like here where they look like it's a chore of washing dishes. - if you care about cleanliness then you should know that there is NO FULL TIME cleaner working there, unlike in most gyms. I find it alarming for when it comes to hygiene. (Not good if you have issues with controlling obsessive thoughts on cleanliness). - they leave it to the coaches to mop the floor in between classes. as if they are cleaning the floor of a friend because they lost a dare. They literally sway the mop once on same areas. and boom next class starts. I would love to give 3-4 stars but with the amount that you charge for a membership you should be hiring a cleaning company to clean regularly just like in most workplaces! It's not that difficult. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As an early bird, I usually attend the 6:30 AM classes. During one of the sessions, I reached a level of exhaustion that allowed me to briefly see the light at the end of the tunnel and have a meaningful reunion with several of my ancestors. Fortunately, Coach Hooman noticed I was on the verge of achieving spiritual enlightenment and expertly guided me back to the land of the living. His energy, motivation, and coaching are second to none. By the end of the workout, my soul had successfully re entered my body and I somehow finished the session. Fantastic facility, great atmosphere, and an outstanding coach. If you’re looking for a workout that will challenge every muscle, test your life choices, and still leave you smiling, I highly recommend F45 and make sure you take a class with Hooman. 💪😂

After being part of F45 Marina for so long, I wasn't sure another studio would ever feel the same – but F45 Downtown has been such a pleasant surprise. From day one, I felt genuinely welcomed. Jess, now the studio manager, alongside Julius and Hooman, are an incredible coaching team creating something really special here. The energy is amazing, the coaches truly care, and there's a real sense of community that makes you want to keep coming back. Whether you're new to fitness or have been training for years, everyone is made to feel included, supported and motivated. If you've been thinking about trying F45, this is your sign.
