Wonderful stay overall, with excellent service. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always available. The only issue was our first-night room, which was directly opposite a room under renovation. There was a lot of noise, construction workers, and strong paint and cement smells, which made the first night very uncomfortable, especially since the hotel was quite empty. I spoke to Asaad, who was very kind and quickly moved us to a much better and quieter room. I really appreciate his help. The food was average, both breakfast and the beach food. I would definitely visit again, but next time I’ll request a quiet room away from any renovation work.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, our experience was absolutely exceptional. The entire team went above and beyond to make both me and my daughter feel welcomed, comfortable, and truly cared for. Every single staff specially Rafik , Josephina and Darina were incredibly kind, accommodating, and always ready to help with a smile. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they made our stay completely stress-free. The room was flawless—beautifully maintained, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The beach was pristine, clean, and perfect for families. What made this stay even more special was how much attention they gave to my daughter. She absolutely loved the Kids Club and all the activities available. The team did such an amazing job keeping her entertained and happy throughout our stay. They even prepared a wonderful surprise that completely made her day—and honestly, mine too! Seeing her so excited and happy was priceless. The level of hospitality we received was truly outstanding. We felt genuinely valued as guests, and the warmth and care we experienced made us feel right at home. By the end of our stay, we genuinely did not want to leave. Thank you for creating such beautiful memories for my daughter and me. We cannot wait to come back and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable family vacation

Hands down one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Clean rooms, amazing atmosphere & an outstanding team. If you're thinking about booking here, just do it you won't regret it. Can't wait to come back!
