Claim your profile, keep your details up to date, add photos, reply to members, share your offers, and pay to be promoted (always labelled).

Pay for a better rank or a better review, post about your own business as a member, offer rewards for posts or votes, ask staff or family to post, or report honest posts just because they're critical.

We start with a reminder. If it carries on, we remove the posts or votes involved, limit the profile, and in serious cases show a notice on the profile so members know.

Offers you share must be real, live and on the terms you state. We take down codes that don't work.

Ask us to look again. A person reviews every appeal and tells you what we decided.

Use “Report a problem” on any page. We look at every report, and a business can ask us to look again at any decision.
