I had a wonderful experience: a truly well-thought-out brunch with a great atmosphere, excellent music, and a high-quality buffet. I really appreciated the variety of live stations, which made the experience even more dynamic and engaging. The selection of sushi and seafood is good, although it could be slightly more varied. On the other hand, the meat buffet is very rich and flavorful, with well-prepared dishes. The desserts deserve a special mention: a wide selection, beautifully presented, and decorated with great care. It’s also worth noting the attractions for children, making it a great place for families — time flies and you never get bored. Overall, an excellent experience, especially considering the value for money.

Visited for Easter brunch on 5 April - parents and two young children. Prior to visiting, staff on phone advised us that there would be plenty of food and activities for the children. They said they had no itinerary scheduled yet, but that they would talk us through these on the day, and recommended we book seats in the Sui Mui restaurant as it's most child-friendly, so we did. Upon arrival, this restaurant was very dark and dingy, with no atmosphere. We got there at opening (1 PM) and asked the staff where the children's activities were, whether there was a children's food station, and when and where the Easter egg hunt would be - staff had no idea to all questions, but said they would find out and inform us in good time. We started eating. None of the staff answered any of our questions, kept saying they were busy, but would find out and tell us. We stumbled into the garden at 2.30 PM to find that the Egg hunt had already concluded (2-2.30 PM), and that the children's food was all laid out in a small corner outside. At this point, we were told there was some paid children's activities run by a third-party company if we wanted to pay for those. Not what you expect at an event that is advertised as an all-inclusive, child friendly, family Easter brunch! At 3 PM, it was time for dessert - only to find that most Easter-related desserts in Mina's Kitchen (biggest restaurant) had already been consumed, and we had seen much older children grab most of the chocolates in large bowls to take home. These weren't being replenished. It was very chaotic. Asked to speak to a manager - was told they were all busy. We (especially little ones) left very disappointed. It was a few days later on social media that we saw a video of other children's entertainment (magician and entertainer) that apparently took place at the brunch in the central foyer at some point (which we were completely oblivious to at the time as staff didn't mention anything about this). Disappointing experience and poorly managed event. For the price and prestige of this place, a big letdown. Not recommended.
