Family of 5 booked weeks in advance and expecting excellence. Greeted and shown to a table amongst the chaos. Table of 5 only 2 Christmas crackers paid £420! Food displays were impressive and plenty of choose little concerned about the self service stations as not everyone has the same hygiene standards. Our waiter was very attentive although run off his feet. I do not think our experience lived up to all the hype, glad we went for the experience and understandable it was Christmas Day it just seemed to be a manic buffet. Would recommend for the experience but manage your expectations.

We had an excellent dining experience at Saffron. The food was amazing, and the hospitality truly stood out throughout the evening. Special thanks to Shakthi and the entire team for taking such great care of us and making us feel welcomed and comfortable. Their service was attentive, friendly, and professional from start to finish.
