We are regular guests at Nobu Dubai and keep coming back for one particular experience: sitting at the sushi counter and enjoying an exceptional selection of nigiri and sashimi. The quality is consistently remarkable. The chefs work with outstanding fish sourced directly from Japan, and there is often the opportunity to discover special selections that are not even featured on the regular menu. The nigiri are beautifully prepared, with exceptional attention to detail, from the quality and temperature of the fish to the rice, presentation and carefully chosen toppings. Every visit feels like a true Japanese culinary experience. The service deserves equal praise. It is always precise, attentive and extremely professional, while remaining genuinely warm and welcoming. The team consistently goes beyond expectations and makes every visit feel special. The atmosphere is elegant, lively and very enjoyable, whether for a dinner as a couple or an evening with friends. After many visits, the consistency of both the food and service remains impressive. There is simply very little to criticise. In our experience, Nobu Dubai is not only one of the best Japanese restaurants in Dubai, but probably one of the best Nobu restaurants in the world. Highly recommended, especially for sushi lovers who appreciate exceptional nigiri and sashimi.

Our first time at Nobu (anywhere) and as we were in Dubai, the setting on the 22nd floor of the Atlantis looked amazing. The restaurant itself had an amazing interior, super high vaulted ceilings, awesome lighting and the view from our table was the best in the whole place. Thank you for that. The food was outstanding as was the staff. Really knowledgeable, guided us through the significant menu and we were delighted with everything. Thanks for making our celebration a very special night indeed. 🙏❤️💙

There are restaurants where you go for dinner. And then there is Nobu, where the experience starts several minutes before the first bite. Dubai does its part. The wide, perfect streets, the Palm that appears like a movie set, the monumental door of Atlantis, the imposing crystal tree that dominates the lobby, and those gigantic columns that seem to remind you, discreetly, that here excess is an art form. Then you enter the hallway and everything changes. Opulence gives way to a contemporary elegance. Materials, lights, details. The Nobu sign appears with the confidence of someone who does not need introductions. Even the elevator seems part of the story. When the doors open, the dining room welcomes you like the modern version of a Japanese temple. Clean lines, sophisticated atmosphere, every element in its right place. Everything is consistent. Everything is designed to make you forget the clock. The service deserves a chapter of its own. Impeccable, but without that hotel school rigidity where you are almost afraid to breathe. Here they make you feel at ease. You don't know from which side they took your plate, but it has already disappeared. Your glass stays full without you even noticing. And the napkin? The color of my dress. Coincidence? Perhaps. Or someone understood Instagram before many influencers. The food is excellent, even if you shouldn't expect absolute perfection. The sushi is convincing because the rice finally has the right consistency, compact but light, without that gluey effect that ruins so many restaurants. The fish is fresh and of high quality. The flavors are bold, with garlic and onion present in various preparations, a choice that makes the dishes more immediate but, at times, masks the delicacy of the fish. Here, no one plays the game of impossible plating. Forget tweezers, sprouts placed with a ruler, and twenty-centimeter-high constructions. The dishes are elegant, essential, and invite you to eat even before taking a picture. The finale arrives with an excellent dessert, one of those that makes you think that ordering the dessert was the best decision of the evening. Nobu is not cheap. And no, it is not an all-you-can-eat place disguised as a luxury restaurant. You pay for an experience made of atmosphere, service, and quality. Absolute perfection on the plate is perhaps still missing by a hair, but the whole works so well that, upon leaving, you find yourself already thinking about when you will return and the dishes were not bad enough to call the food terrible.
