SUSHISAMBA completely lives up to the hype. Located on the 51st floor, the panoramic views of the Palm and the Dubai skyline are absolutely breathtaking. The atmosphere is electric, with stunning, lush interiors and a high-energy vibe. As for the food, the fusion of Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian flavors is brilliant—the samba rolls, yellowtail ceviche, and black cod were all spectacular. It is definitely on the pricier side and requires booking well in advance, but for a special night out or to impress visitors, it is worth every dirham. Outstanding service, too!

I recently visited SushiSamba Dubai and overall had a very enjoyable dining experience. The restaurant offers stunning views easy access and convenient valet parking, which made the visit smooth from the moment we arrived For drinks, we ordered the Red Herbal and Dancing Passion, both of which were refreshing and complemented the meal well. We started with the Spicy Edamame which was flavorful although I expected it to be a bit spicier. The Salmon Tiradito was excellent fresh well balanced and one of the standout dishes of the evening The Angus Beef Skewers were delicious and the Jumbo Tiger Prawn was undoubtedly the highlight of the meal incredibly juicy full of flavor and perfectly cooked. We also tried the 7 piece Nigiri selection. While the quality of the fish was good the amount of wasabi overpowered the delicate flavors making it difficult to fully appreciate the nigiri itself For dessert, we ordered mochi which unfortunately did not seem as fresh as expected coming from a Japanese restaurant The texture and taste suggested it may not have been at its best making it the most disappointing dish of the evening One aspect that disappointed me was the condition of the furniture and cutlery. Considering how busy and popular the restaurant is, some of the furnishings appear to be due for replacement or refurbishment. Presentation and ambiance play an important role in the overall dining experience and refreshed furniture would better reflect the quality of the food being served. The dishes themselves are fresh vibrant and beautifully prepared and the surroundings should match that same standard. Despite this the food quality breathtaking views and excellent accessibility make SushiSamba worth visiting. The Jumbo Tiger Prawn alone is a must order and with a few updates to the restaurant's furnishings the overall experience could be even more exceptional

I recently visited SushiSamba at St. Regis, Palm Jumeirah, with my friend who was in transit—and wow, what a fantastic experience! My friend had a hectic trip and needed some downtime, and this was perfect. Initially, the window seats were occupied, but the staff was so accommodating—they moved us as soon as one opened up. The view was breathtaking: we could see the Burj Al Arab and the entire Palm as we enjoyed our lunch. The lunch package was excellent, and my friend—who didn’t typically enjoy sushi—gave it another try and loved it! I, of course, enjoyed every bite of mine. The ambiance was relaxed, and we took some great photos. It was the perfect, calming lunch, and I’ll absolutely be back with more friends. Highly recommend!
