via TripAdvisor We stayed at Atlantis The Palm as a family with our two children, aged 5 and 9, and had a wonderful stay. The resort was exceptionally clean and very well maintained, and we were particularly impressed with the cleanliness of our room.
A special thank you to Asal, our room cleaner, who was incredibly friendly, attentive and always made sure our room was spotless and welcoming. Her kindness and attention to detail really made a difference during our stay.
Overall, a fantastic family holiday with excellent service. We would definitely come back and highly recommend Atlantis The Palm to families!

We stayed at Atlantis as a family, with my children, from August 10th to August 20th, and I can honestly say that this stay will remain one of my most memorable experiences.
This was my fifth time staying at this hotel, and yet it was the first time, out of all five visits, that I felt so warmly welcomed, cared for and looked after. I truly believe I was lucky that day!
I had the pleasure of being welcomed by Mr. Mostafa Saadallah and Ms. Atifa at the reception, and what an incredible welcome it was! ❤️ For ten days, we were genuinely taken care of and made to feel special. Their kindness, professionalism, availability and attention to detail made our stay absolutely exceptional.
Mr. Mostafa Saadallah took the time to explain everything to us, with incredible patience: how the half-board works, the different restaurants, the activities included in our stay, the activities that require an additional fee, and the hotel’s different services and programs.
After five stays at Atlantis, this was the first time someone had taken the time to explain everything so clearly to us. It really made a huge difference and allowed us to enjoy our stay even more.
I would like to thank Mr. Mostafa Saadallah a thousand times for his warm welcome, professionalism, kindness and availability. I truly hope to see him again during our future stays at Atlantis. ❤️

The rest of the staff also deserve a huge thank you. The housekeeping service was excellent, the staff were kind and available, and everything was kept to an extremely high standard.
Atlantis is a beautiful, clean, elegant and family-friendly hotel. Despite the current situation in the region, we felt completely reassured and safe throughout our stay. At no point did we feel that the situation should prevent us from enjoying our holiday, and I would have absolutely no hesitation in returning.
After five stays in Dubai and five experiences at Atlantis, I can honestly say that this was by far the most beautiful experience I have had.
In my opinion, this hotel deserves its five stars and even more than five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
If you are staying at Atlantis, I highly recommend asking for Mr. Mostafa Saadallah or Ms. Atifa at the reception. They genuinely take the time to listen to you, help you and explain everything you need to know.
