Nice food, more for tasting than actually getting full- quite small dishes. The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming, very competent and knowledgeable as well. Highly recommend the bone marrow dish picture here. Lovely atmosphere for dates / intimate outing.
Visited ROKA Dubai and chose to sit indoors because of the heat great decision. The indoor space is stylish, comfortable, and still has a really nice atmosphere. The food was excellent as always, and the service was smooth and attentive. Perfect spot for a classy lunch or dinner in Business Bay, next time will try the brunch
Although I’ve visited Roka many times over the years and have consistently enjoyed it, this recent experience was disappointing. The food lacked the usual quality and attention to detail. Each dish felt as though something was missing. The baby spinach salad took 25 minutes to arrive and only after that did we receive the mocktail, despite ordering it at the very beginning. The salad itself lacked depth and texture, while the spicy shrimp sushi was unevenly cut, with some pieces noticeably smaller than others. The black cod was particularly underwhelming, lacking flavor and even containing a bone, which should not happen at this level. Overall, both the standards and service seem to have declined, which is disappointing given how consistently strong the restaurant used to be.
