Cebu Pacific has officially resumed Manila to Dubai services from 2 July 2026, with four weekly flights on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday in both directions. Passengers affected by earlier cancellations can rebook or use travel funds. The airline advises checking official guidelines for airport procedures and travel requirements.

Meanwhile, Qatar Airways began increasing frequencies between Doha and Dubai from two daily flights to five, starting 5 June. The roll‑out occurred in phases, reaching five daily services during the summer season to meet rising demand and enhance flexibility.

By contrast, Royal Brunei Airlines continues to suspend its Dubai services and advises passengers that this will extend until at least 25 October 2026. Affected travellers may rebook, request refunds or opt for travel vouchers.
