AATU Dog and Cat Food delivery, returns and payment

Delivery

New customers receive free delivery on their first order with no minimum spend. AATU Dog and Cat Food uses DPD to deliver directly to your door across mainland Great Britain and the islands of Scotland. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched, allowing you to follow its progress in real time via the DPD app or website. DPD provides a one-hour delivery window on the day of delivery so you know when to expect your parcel. If you are not available, you can use the DPD app to set preferences, including delivery to a local pickup shop where available. This option is particularly useful for remote locations or if you have had previous delivery issues. Delivery is available seven days a week for most areas, provided orders are placed by the specified cut-off times. However, dispatch and delivery do not occur on bank holidays. Certain postcode areas do not receive deliveries on Saturdays or Sundays, meaning orders placed after specific cut-off times may arrive on Monday instead. Some regions experience extended delivery times of two to five working days, with deliveries restricted to weekdays only. AATU does not currently offer delivery to locations outside mainland Great Britain and the Scottish Islands. While delivery dates are estimates, the company will email you if a delay occurs due to circumstances beyond its control.

Returns

Shoppers have 14 days from the delivery date to change their mind and cancel an order. If a product is faulty, an immediate refund is available. In cases where a product cannot be repaired or replaced, a full refund is usually provided. If an item does not last a reasonable length of time, partial money back may be due. To start a return, include the original order reference, which starts with #AT-, on the label or inside the box. This reference is found in the order confirmation email or account. Omitting it can cause significant delays in processing. For specific return instructions, visit the provided returns policy page. Eligible refunds include basic delivery charges and are issued to the original payment method as soon as possible. Banks may take 5 to 10 business days to process the credit. Sometimes, the refund appears as a charge reversal rather than a separate credit. If the refund is not visible, contacting the bank is recommended. Orders can be cancelled using the online cancellation form. If items are unavailable, the order may be partially or fully cancelled. A deduction from the refund amount is possible if the product's value is diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to check its nature and functioning.

Payment

AATU Dog and Cat Food accepts Visa and Mastercard for credit and debit card payments. Shoppers can also use Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay to complete their purchase. Consumer customers and businesses without a credit account are charged immediately after placing an order. If the payment fails, the order is not accepted. Business customers with a credit account receive an invoice for payment instead of an immediate charge.
