What to do if your Naturehike discount code isn't working

• Read the terms. Many codes need a minimum spend, a first order or the app. Each offer's terms say which.
• Check the date. Every offer shows the day we last saw it, and when it ends if we know.
• Paste it exactly. Paste rather than type, with no spaces before or after.
• Try one code at a time. If another code is already applied, remove it and try again.
• Still not working? Tap ⋯ on the offer, then Report, and we'll look at it.

Naturehike delivery, returns and payment

Delivery

Naturehike ships to 68 countries worldwide, including the UK. Orders are processed and shipped within three business days after payment verification. The store uses the closest warehouse with stock to fulfill orders for faster shipping, and the specific storage location is visible on the product page. Delivery times depend on where the item is stored. Estimated shipping times are displayed on both the product and checkout pages. Customers receive an email with a tracking number and link once the order is placed, allowing them to monitor the package journey and estimate arrival. A shipping fee, if applicable, is displayed at checkout. Naturehike offers free shipping on orders over $20 using a specific coupon. Additional coupons are also available for free shipping on all Naturehike brand products.

Returns

To start a return, customers must wait for approval before receiving instructions and an address. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and must use a trackable method. For exchanges, the replacement item is shipped once the return is received. Refunds are processed to the original payment method, and customers should check their bank account if funds have not appeared. Naturehike provides a full refund if a customer cancels an order before it is dispatched. Once the package leaves the warehouse, cancellation is no longer possible, though items can still be sent back for money after they arrive. Orders sent from China face tighter restrictions, allowing returns or swaps only when a quality defect is present. Every product also carries a two-year warranty for free replacement parts, provided the damage does not result from misuse.

Payment

Naturehike accepts credit cards for online purchases. Shoppers should contact their credit card provider to confirm specific transaction details. Payment information is handled securely during the checkout process. The platform ensures that sensitive financial data remains protected while other content may be transferred over various networks.
