What to do if your SIRUI discount code isn't working

• Read the terms. Many codes need a minimum spend, a first order or the app. Each offer's terms say which.
• Check the date. Every offer shows the day we last saw it, and when it ends if we know.
• Paste it exactly. Paste rather than type, with no spaces before or after.
• Try one code at a time. If another code is already applied, remove it and try again.
• Still not working? Tap ⋯ on the offer, then Report, and we'll look at it.

SIRUI delivery, returns and payment

Delivery

SIRUI ships to most countries worldwide, with delivery times typically ranging from three to seven business days after dispatch. The brand offers free shipping on orders over $200, although this benefit is not available for customers in Colombia, Guatemala, Ecuador, Martinique, Chile, and Peru. Specific lenses, including the IronStar 75mm, 100mm, and 135mm, as well as the Vision Prime 15mm, 75mm, and 150mm, are currently excluded from free shipping. Shipping charges for other destinations vary by location and are calculated at checkout. If an order contains multiple products, items may arrive in separate shipments with differing delivery times. Once the order is shipped, SIRUI sends an email containing logistics tracking information. Customers can also track their order by entering relevant information into the provided tracking link. Please note that SIRUI is not responsible for delivery delays caused by force majeure events such as bad weather, public holidays, or customs issues.

Returns

Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to return a product, provided it is in good working condition. The item must be sent back to the designated service center, with the customer covering the shipping costs. SIRUI will inspect the returned goods upon arrival to confirm the return is acceptable before processing any refund. Once a return is accepted, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Deductions may apply for round-trip shipping, depreciation, or bank charges. If a customer cancels an order for personal reasons, a bank transaction fee will be charged.

Payment

SIRUI accepts credit and debit cards, requiring the cardholder name, number, expiry date, and security code for processing. The store does not save card numbers or personal information entered during payment. Shoppers can also pay using PayPal, Amazon Payments, or Apple Pay on compatible devices. These methods process transactions through their respective service providers without storing sensitive data locally. Gift vouchers are redeemable in the online shop up to the end of the third year following purchase. Only one voucher can be used per order, and it must be applied before the order is finalized. If the voucher value does not cover the full cost, the remaining balance can be paid using any other available method. Vouchers are transferable but cannot be exchanged for cash or accrue interest.
