What to do if your AliExpress discount code isn't working

• Read the terms. Many codes need a minimum spend, a first order or the app. Each offer's terms say which.
• Check the date. Every offer shows the day we last saw it, and when it ends if we know.
• Paste it exactly. Paste rather than type, with no spaces before or after.
• Try one code at a time. If another code is already applied, remove it and try again.
• Still not working? Tap ⋯ on the offer, then Report, and we'll look at it.

AliExpress delivery, returns and payment

Delivery

AliExpress delivers across the United Kingdom, with costs and estimated dates shown on every product page before purchase. These details depend on the specific seller, warehouse location, and chosen shipping method. Parcels are typically delivered by Royal Mail, Evri, or other local couriers such as DHL, DPD, or UPS. Free delivery is available on millions of products, particularly those with the Choice label. These items usually ship free and arrive faster due to consolidated shipping. Shoppers can also use the 'Free shipping' filter to identify qualifying products quickly. Items shipped from UK, EU, or US warehouses arrive faster than those from other locations. Some US-shipped items can be delivered in two to eight days. Tracking numbers are available in the 'My Orders' section and on the courier's website. Customers can receive complimentary delivery by purchasing three or more eligible items from a single seller or promotion. This structure supports Combined Delivery, which removes the cost of shipping for larger orders. It offers a practical way to gather essentials without paying extra for postage.

Returns

To start a return, go to 'My Orders', select the item, and choose 'Returns/Refunds'. Submit your reason and wait for approval. If your item qualifies, you will receive a return label to download and attach to your parcel. You must post the return within 15 days of receiving the label to avoid expiration. Each seller sets its own return terms, yet AliExpress Buyer Protection guarantees a full refund within 15 days if goods arrive faulty or differ from the description. Products marked with the Free Returns label, which covers most Choice items, can be sent back at no cost within 15 days of delivery provided they are unused and in original packaging. Shoppers purchasing other items may need to pay for the return postage themselves. Money is returned to the original payment method once a claim is approved. If an order fails to arrive by the guaranteed date, the buyer should open a refund request in the My Orders section and include photos or videos as proof. The platform handles the refund for eligible undelivered or damaged items through this process.

Payment

Shoppers in the UK can pay for orders using debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. PayPal is also available on many orders. For those preferring instalments, Klarna offers Pay in 3 or Pay in 30 options, subject to approval. It is important to pay through the official AliExpress website or app to keep the order covered by Buyer Protection.
