What to do if your Laavooextensions discount code isn't working

• Read the terms. Many codes need a minimum spend, a first order or the app. Each offer's terms say which.
• Check the date. Every offer shows the day we last saw it, and when it ends if we know.
• Paste it exactly. Paste rather than type, with no spaces before or after.
• Try one code at a time. If another code is already applied, remove it and try again.
• Still not working? Tap ⋯ on the offer, then Report, and we'll look at it.

Laavooextensions delivery, returns and payment

Returns

Laavooextensions offers a 60-day return, exchange or refund window from the order date. Customers must contact service@laavoo.net before sending any items back, as uncommunicated returns may not be processed. The store does not accept used hair, recoloured hair, or products with tags and gold or silver wires removed. Clearance, custom and pre-sale items are also excluded from returns and exchanges. Once goods are dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled or rejected. Pre-sale orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours or once production begins. If a full refund is requested, the original shipping fees are not refunded. Return fees are covered only for quality issues, exchanges, or agreed full refunds; otherwise, the customer bears the cost. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 1-3 business days of the return being received. Processing takes an additional 2-3 business days at the Returns Center. Each order allows only one exchange. For faster resolution, customers should email customer service with specific details about the issue or desired replacement.
