Arangrant delivery, returns and payment

Delivery

TripRobotics Inc. remains the contracting party for post-booking services, even if another entity handles the payment processing. The total authorized amount may be split into multiple charges, but these will always sum to the correct figure. Customers must ensure all booking data is complete and free of errors to finalize their reservation.

Returns

To cancel a reservation, contact Customer Care at +18888633910 to request the specific cancellation policy for your ticket. The company may attempt to contact you before cancellation to offer a rebooking option at the correct price. If they cannot reach you at least 24 hours before departure, the cancellation and refund proceed automatically. Cancelling a booking may result in a partial refund, depending on the airline's terms and conditions. Standard processing fees apply in addition to any airline charges. These fees cover post-ticketing services performed by the company, regardless of which entity collects the payment. Any refundable amount is credited back to the original source of payment. The time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your bank's policy. You may also be entitled to a tax refund if you have already paid for the flight. A disruption to one leg of a journey does not automatically allow you to alter or cancel the other leg. This rule applies unless the specific airline involved grants permission. Shoppers should keep this separation in mind when managing multi-ticket bookings. Passengers flying internationally may face additional requirements at the airport. Authorities can ask for evidence of a return flight during check-in or immigration processing. It is wise to have this documentation ready before travelling abroad.

Payment

Arangrant accepts credit and debit cards for all bookings. Shoppers must provide accurate payment details to avoid delays. If a card belongs to a third person or information appears incorrect, the company may request additional verification. Payments are processed immediately upon issuance. A 10-minute time limit applies to complete the transaction. Once the payment is received, the reservation is ticketed and a separate email sends the e-ticket receipt. The final confirmation includes the e-tickets in PDF format. International cardholders can choose from offered currencies during checkout. The ticket amount converts to the local currency on the bank statement. Banks may charge international transaction fees and use their own exchange rates. Some travel suppliers require a credit card or cash deposit at check-in for extra expenses. This deposit is separate from the booking payment made to the company.
