What to do if your iscooterglobal discount code isn't working

• Read the terms. Many codes need a minimum spend, a first order or the app. Each offer's terms say which.
• Check the date. Every offer shows the day we last saw it, and when it ends if we know.
• Paste it exactly. Paste rather than type, with no spaces before or after.
• Try one code at a time. If another code is already applied, remove it and try again.
• Still not working? Tap ⋯ on the offer, then Report, and we'll look at it.

iscooterglobal delivery, returns and payment

Delivery

Standard delivery to eligible UK addresses is free, with an estimated arrival time of 1 to 3 working days. This timeframe depends on product availability and the specific delivery location. Some off-road models are handled by a specialist or palletised courier, which may extend the delivery window to 3 to 10 working days. Additional charges may apply to remote, offshore, or restricted locations, and any applicable costs are displayed at checkout before payment. Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate deliveries. Weekends and UK public holidays can also affect processing and delivery times. Once an order is dispatched, tracking information is sent by email, though it may take some time to become active. Customers can check the latest status on the courier's official website. If the recipient is unavailable, the courier may offer collection from a local depot or deliver to an authorised neighbour where permitted.

Returns

New, unused products can be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date. The return request must be sent to support@iscooterglobal.co.uk within 7 days of receipt. Hoverboards, X02 and X02Pro mobility scooters, walking pads, treadmills, and kids' e-scooters are non-returnable. Unopened electric scooters incur a 15% restocking fee, while unopened electric bikes incur a 20% fee. Opened e-scooters and e-bikes face a 25% restocking fee. If a product is not in brand-new condition, the refund amount is adjusted based on the item's actual state. Once a return request is confirmed, iScooter issues a refund as soon as the product is received. The credit is applied to the original payment method within 3 business days. Customers must use the provided return shipping label to avoid rejection at their own cost. To cancel an order, contact support@iscooterglobal.co.uk within 24 hours to receive a refund. If an order is already dispatched, changes or cancellations may be impossible. If delivery fails due to customer error, the customer covers both original and return shipping costs.

Payment

Customers can use Klarna or PayPal Credit for flexible payments. Klarna offers a Pay in 3 option for UK buyers purchasing items between £30 and £2,000. These three instalments are equal and interest-free. The service is available at checkout, where users are redirected to complete their application. If a transaction is declined, customers can contact their card issuer to approve it. Alternatively, they can try another payment method such as PayPal or Klarna. The store offers a range of secure and convenient payment methods for orders. Eligible UK buyers can access a revolving line of credit through PayPal Credit to spread their payments over time. Klarna offers Pay in 3 and Pay in 30 days options, which are classified as unregulated credit agreements. Borrowing beyond one's means or making late payments can negatively affect a shopper's financial standing and future credit access.
