• Check the date. Every offer shows the day we last saw it, and when it ends if we know.
• Paste it exactly. Paste rather than type, with no spaces before or after.

Allegra K delivery, returns and payment

Delivery

Allegra K provides free standard shipping to customers in the United Kingdom. This benefit applies to the entire order, meaning there is no minimum spend required to qualify for this service. The store ships to the UK alongside the United States, Canada, Australia, Japan, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, and Ireland. Customers receive a notification once their order has been shipped. While the store aims to deliver packages within the estimated time of arrival, actual dates may vary due to flight arrangements or weather conditions. Tracking information can take a few days to refresh, so shoppers should allow time for updates to appear. Shipping is not available to P.O. Boxes. Certain locations or items may have restrictions on eligibility for specific shipping methods. The store is currently working on expanding its shipping coverage to include more regions in the future.

Returns

Refunds cover the product price and the cost of standard delivery. Express or premium delivery fees are not refundable. The store processes refunds within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice or the returned goods. Payment is made using the original method unless the customer agrees otherwise. No fees are charged for the refund itself. However, the store may deduct an amount if the value of the goods has diminished due to excessive handling. This includes wearing items outdoors or causing visible damage beyond normal inspection. Customers in the EU or EEA can send back most items within 30 days of receiving them at no cost. The goods must remain in new condition, retaining their original tags and packaging. A formal request must be submitted to Customer Service at cs@allegra-k.com before dispatching the parcel. Parcels arriving without this prior request will be rejected. For statutory withdrawals, items must be sent only to the specific address provided by the store. The address printed on the original package should not be used for these returns. Shoppers are responsible for meeting any customs or import requirements for the shipment.

Payment

Allegra K accepts credit cards, processing payments securely to protect customer data. A receipt is sent to the customer's e-mail inbox once the transaction is complete. Orders may be subject to payment verification before processing. The store aims to charge in the customer's local currency, though it may use USD in exceptional circumstances. Product prices are tax inclusive, so no additional tax is required at checkout. If a payment fails, the customer should check the card number, expiration date, or security code. Alternatively, they can use a different credit card or contact their bank directly for assistance.
