What to do if your OutIn discount code isn't working

• Read the terms. Many codes need a minimum spend, a first order or the app. Each offer's terms say which.
• Check the date. Every offer shows the day we last saw it, and when it ends if we know.
• Paste it exactly. Paste rather than type, with no spaces before or after.
• Try one code at a time. If another code is already applied, remove it and try again.
• Still not working? Tap ⋯ on the offer, then Report, and we'll look at it.

OutIn delivery, returns and payment

Delivery

OutIn ships from the nearest warehouse with available stock to ensure faster delivery. Tracking information is sent once the order has been dispatched, and customers can track the package via the order tracking tool. Pre-order items display estimated shipping times on the product detail page. Free shipping is available for orders of $39.00 USD or more to specific countries and regions. For other destinations, an additional shipping fee applies, and costs are calculated at checkout. OutIn aims to deliver orders as soon as possible, though this is not always the case. Shipment to Brunei, Brazil, and Uruguay requires customers to handle customs clearance and applicable taxes. The list of deliverable countries may vary due to differing customs requirements. OutIn does not ship to P.O. boxes.

Returns

Shoppers can return any OutIn product within 30 days to receive a full refund. If the reason for the return is a change of mind, return fees will be deducted from the final refund amount. This window applies to all items purchased from the store. If a product arrives damaged or functions abnormally, OutIn will issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost. Customers should refer to the Return and Refund Policy for specific instructions on how to proceed with these claims. The store is not responsible for refunding any import duties or taxes incurred on the order.

Payment

OutIn offers Klarna as a payment method for customers. Shoppers can select this option during checkout to manage their payment. The process requires entering personal details to complete the transaction. Once the payment is confirmed, the order is typically processed within 48 hours. This timeframe excludes weekends and public holidays. Import duties and taxes may apply to some orders. Parcels are not released until these charges are paid.
