- Angel Barocco offers free standard delivery to mainland UK addresses, with an estimated arrival time of 3 to 5 working days. For faster service, customers can select express delivery for £7.95, which provides next-day delivery via Royal Mail or Evri. A day delivery option is also available for £10, provided the order is placed before 12pm on a working day. All orders are gift-wrapped in signature packaging and sent with a tracking number. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday are dispatched on the next working day, as the warehouse is closed at weekends. Engraved and personalised items require up to 5 working days to dispatch, while pieces with large baroque pearls add 2 to 3 working days for hand selection. Delivery estimates for these specific items begin from the day they are dispatched. Orders over £200 qualify for free delivery. A signature is required upon receipt of the parcel, so someone must be present at the shipping address. If no one is available, the courier leaves a calling card, allowing the recipient to reschedule the delivery for a more convenient time. Angel Barocco is responsible for delivering the package to the correct building at the address given at checkout. Deliveries to PO Boxes or forwarding addresses are not accepted.

- Angel Barocco allows customers to return most items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, goods must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, hazardous materials, and specific personal care or hygiene items like lingerie and swimwear. To start a return, customers should visit the Returns and Exchanges Center and select the relevant items. A confirmation email will provide the return address and instructions. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return postage, though a prepaid label can be arranged for a fee deducted from the refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of dispatch. If the entire order is returned, standard delivery charges are refunded, while express delivery surcharges are not. Banks may require a few extra working days to process the transaction. Customers can cancel an order for any reason within 14 days of receipt. If an item is handled more than necessary for inspection, the refund may be reduced to reflect any loss in value. For faulty items, the store offers repair, replacement, or a refund if those options are not possible.
