What to do if your Baccusstore discount code isn't working

• Read the terms. Many codes need a minimum spend, a first order or the app. Each offer's terms say which.
• Check the date. Every offer shows the day we last saw it, and when it ends if we know.
• Paste it exactly. Paste rather than type, with no spaces before or after.
• Try one code at a time. If another code is already applied, remove it and try again.
• Still not working? Tap ⋯ on the offer, then Report, and we'll look at it.

Baccusstore delivery, returns and payment

Delivery

Baccusstore provides free standard delivery to the UK within two to three working days on all orders. The store dispatches parcels via Royal Mail, and a signature is required upon arrival. Customers should ensure someone is available to sign for the package. If delivery is missed, Royal Mail holds the item at a local collection centre or post office for the customer to arrange pickup. A working day delivery option is available for £8.00. To qualify for same day dispatch, orders must be placed by 2.00pm. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or a Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next working day. Once an order is dispatched, the store cannot make any address amendments. Customers in European countries recognised by Royal Mail pay £13.00 for standard delivery. These parcels arrive within five to seven working days via partner courier services. A signature is mandatory upon arrival, so someone must be present to accept the goods. Shoppers outside Europe face a £20.00 charge for standard shipping. This service typically takes between seven and ten working days to reach its destination.

Returns

Baccusstore does not accept online returns by post. Customers who buy in store can return items for exchange or a credit note, subject to the details on their receipt. Underwear and swimwear are excluded from refunds and exchanges for hygiene reasons. If a return does not meet the required conditions, it will be refused. Exchanges must be posted within 14 working days of receiving the item, while refunds require posting within 7 working days. Shoppers must complete the appropriate section of the returns form and send the item to the specified address. Baccusstore does not offer free returns unless the goods are faulty. If an item is deemed faulty, postage costs up to £10 are reimbursed. Once Baccusstore receives the item, it takes 3 working days to process an exchange or issue a refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and a confirmation email is sent when the refund is processed. If an exchange cannot be made due to stock availability, a refund is issued automatically.

Payment

Shoppers can choose Pay later as a payment method, which allows them to pay only after receiving their order. Klarna assesses creditworthiness for this option and sends payment instructions directly to the customer. The store charges an invoice fee of 0 pounds per purchase. Klarna also offers buyer protection, ensuring customers do not have to pay for goods until they are received and providing assistance with purchase-related problems.
