• Check the date. Every offer shows the day we last saw it, and when it ends if we know.
• Paste it exactly. Paste rather than type, with no spaces before or after.

Barkingheads delivery, returns and payment

Delivery

Barkingheads delivers across mainland Great Britain and the Scottish islands using DPD's tracked service. The standard delivery charge is £4.99, but this is free when the order total reaches £40 or more. Customers can enter their postcode on the website to see a personalised delivery estimate and check if their order qualifies for free shipping. Orders placed by 7PM Monday to Friday, or 2PM at weekends, qualify for next day delivery. DPD provides a one-hour delivery window on the day of arrival, and customers receive an email when the order is dispatched. The DPD app allows shoppers to manage their delivery, including choosing a safe place or a neighbour if they are not available. Delivery dates provided during the order process are estimates unless a specific date has been agreed. Barkingheads will email customers if a delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond its control, such as severe weather or traffic. Orders may be delivered in instalments, and customers can pause or skip deliveries for subscription orders up to the day before arrival.

Returns

Eligible refunds include basic delivery charges where applicable and are issued to the same payment method used for the order. The store provides these refunds as soon as possible, though it can take 5 to 10 business days for your bank to process them. In some cases, the refund appears as a charge reversal rather than a separate credit. If you are concerned that your refund has not been processed, contact your bank to check if it has been received. Shoppers have two weeks from the day a package arrives to decide if they wish to cancel the purchase. The cancellation form on the customer care page is the required tool to initiate this process. For guidance on sending goods back, the returns policy page provides the necessary steps. It is vital to place the original order reference, which begins with #BH-, on the label or inside the box, as missing this detail can lead to major processing delays. Faulty items qualify for an immediate refund from the retailer. When a product cannot be repaired or swapped, a full refund is usually the outcome. Barkingheads might reduce the payout if the customer handled the item in a way that reduced its value beyond what is needed to inspect it. These rules do not interfere with legal protections for goods that are defective or incorrectly described.

Payment

Barkingheads accepts Visa and Mastercard for card payments. Shoppers can also use Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay to complete their transactions. Consumer and non-credit business customers have their card charged immediately after placing an order. If a payment fails, the order is not accepted. Business customers with a credit account receive an invoice for payment instead of an immediate charge.
