Boogiebounce delivery, returns and payment

Delivery

Boogiebounce aims to dispatch orders within one to two working days, with delivery times displayed during checkout. Products travel via Royal Mail or another courier on a one to two working day service. The store currently dispatches to UK addresses only, though customers outside the UK can email for a delivery quote. Delivery costs are shown during the order process once an address is entered. Payment is taken when the order is dispatched, and the store will not ship items until cleared payment is received. If multiple products are ordered, the store may wait for all items to be in stock or dispatch them in instalments. Customers must ensure someone is home to accept delivery or provide alternative arrangements, such as a safe place or a neighbour. If the first attempt fails, the courier will make one re-delivery attempt. Tracking information is sent by email once the order has been dispatched. Orders sent to the Republic of Ireland are subject to Irish import VAT, customs duty, and courier clearance fees. These charges are not included in the product or delivery price and must be paid to the courier directly. The order will not be released for delivery until these fees are settled.

Returns

You have 14 days after delivery to cancel an order if you change your mind. The cancellation request must be sent before this period expires, and you are responsible for the cost of return postage. If Boogiebounce organises the return, the cost is £16 for UK mainland items, which is deducted from the refund. Items are not eligible for return if the hygiene seal is broken or the packaging is unsealed. Keep the original rebounder box for at least 14 days after delivery. If a rebounder is returned in unsuitable packaging and damaged, a reasonable deduction may be made from the refund. Once the products are received back, the refund is issued within 14 days using the original payment method. If the return is within six months of receipt, you receive a full refund of the product price and delivery charges. Wrist weights may be returned in accordance with statutory rights.

Payment
