What to do if your Breezesim discount code isn't working

• Read the terms. Many codes need a minimum spend, a first order or the app. Each offer's terms say which.
• Check the date. Every offer shows the day we last saw it, and when it ends if we know.
• Paste it exactly. Paste rather than type, with no spaces before or after.
• Try one code at a time. If another code is already applied, remove it and try again.
• Still not working? Tap ⋯ on the offer, then Report, and we'll look at it.

Breezesim delivery, returns and payment

Returns

Breezesim provides a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of purchase and have not used any data. Plans that are not activated within six months of purchase expire without a refund. If an eSIM is not used within six months of allocation, it may be cancelled, though you might need to load a new eSIM to your device before activating a new plan. To request a refund, sign in to the Breeze eSIM account or tap the chat icon on the website. Enter the word refund and follow the prompts shown on the screen. Once approved, the money returns to the original payment method within three business days.
