What to do if your Bunches discount code isn't working

• Read the terms. Many codes need a minimum spend, a first order or the app. Each offer's terms say which.
• Check the date. Every offer shows the day we last saw it, and when it ends if we know.
• Paste it exactly. Paste rather than type, with no spaces before or after.
• Try one code at a time. If another code is already applied, remove it and try again.
• Still not working? Tap ⋯ on the offer, then Report, and we'll look at it.

Bunches delivery, returns and payment

Delivery

Customers receive full online tracking for their orders, with an email containing tracking details sent at 8pm the evening before the gift is due. If a delivery time is offered, Royal Mail aims to meet it, although recipients may occasionally receive two deliveries in one day. Couriers can deliver up to 7pm, and some postcodes may take between 2 and 7 days to arrive with additional charges. If a recipient is away, a card is left with details on how to collect or arrange re-delivery. For courier services, a QR code is emailed to the sender if the first attempt fails, showing where to collect the parcel. Fresh food items cannot be delivered to some UK postcodes for safety and quality reasons. Bunches sends flowers, plants and greetings cards to every postal address in England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Orkney and Shetland. This coverage includes all highlands and islands, although the weekend delivery option is not currently available in those remote areas. The store does not ship to the Republic of Ireland, Jersey or Guernsey. Every flower gift travels by Royal Mail Tracked 24 or a similar service for a fee of £4.99. Orders are typically sent out the day before the requested delivery date, with 93% of items arriving on schedule. Shoppers cannot choose same-day delivery, and no items are delivered on Bank Holidays.

Returns

Bunches operates a 14-day returns policy for items that are not flowers. Customers must return these goods in unused and good-as-new condition. The customer is responsible for paying the postage costs for any return. All flower products are excluded from this policy because they are perishable goods. All fresh flowers from Bunches come with a seven-day freshness guarantee. This means the blooms will stay on display for at least a week, with some lasting even longer. This guarantee applies to all floral deliveries to ensure quality for the recipient.

Payment

Bunches accepts a wide range of credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Delta, Visa Electron, Solo, Switch/Maestro, and JCB. PayPal is also available as a payment method for online orders. The store uses Braintree, PayPal, and Stripe as its payment service providers to process these transactions securely. Customers can order online using most credit and debit cards from around the world. All payments are processed in UK pounds sterling. If a foreign card is used, the amount is converted at the customer's bank's exchange rate.
